Overall I had a good experience with this order. The quality of the binders is excellent and the process of ordering with Cara was straightforward and pleasant. This was my first time ordering and all my questions were answered quickly and clearly. Perhaps a little more information about the process from manufacture through to shipping would have helped me as it was my first time ordering and I did not understand the timeline. One problem I had was the delivery was one short (99 instead of 100) which is disappointing because I have already acquired the correct number of printed contents, packaging etc. I understand mistakes happen but this could have been prevented with more thorough pre-shipping checks. Cara immediately offered to refund the cost of the single binder so I had no problems with customer service following this error. I am happy with the product and will consider using this supplier in the future.
